Assessment:
Initial at-home assessment (1.5 to 2.25 hours), documentation of findings, and discussion of treatment plan is $195.00 at the time of service. The cost of treatment will vary depending on findings. Actual diagnosis will be done by a doctor  (MD, DO or DC), (referred or your choice) and billed separately.

Massage Treatments:
Treatments normally contain multiple modalities and last 40 to 85 minutes, depending on what modalities are used, where you are in your treatment, and what problems are being worked. $65.00 to $125.00 per treatment.

Referred Treatments:
Referred treatments will be billed at the normal rate of the provider, by the provider. Insurance may cover some of these providers.
